Land Development Regulation Commission Public Hearing

Public hearing to consider changes to the Land Development Code, including OSTDS regulations        
Language being addressed includes:
·         changes to the minimum size for a lot crated by Family Division, in the Farmland Preservation Area only, to three (3) AC.  This was a policy item adopted with the EAR this summer.

·         Removal of all references to the Rural Community Land Use as well as other development land use designations that were removed from the Comprehensive Plan in 2014.
