DESCRIPTION:Public hearing to consider changes to the Land Development Code\, including OSTDS regulations        \n\nLanguage being addressed includes:\n\n          changes to the minimum size for a lot crated by Family Division\, in the Farmland Preservation Area only\, to three (3) AC.
