He is also a Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent Rated Attorney\, has received\n\nthe Super Lawyer designation from his peers\, is former Chair of the Sixth Judicial Circuit Nominating\n\nCommission where he served for 9 years in various capacities under Governors Scott\n\nand Crist\, a former Hearing Officer to the Pinellas County Board of Zoning\, Adjustment & Appeals\,\n\nand former Special Counsel to the Pinellas County Housing Authority.
